  • Etiquette: Greeting method, bowing before and after training

  • Basic Stances: Ready stance, juchum-seogi (horse-riding stance), ap-seogi (walking stance), ap-gubi-seogi (long stance)

  • Basic Techniques: Arae-makki (low block), momtong-makki (middle block), eolgul-makki (high block), momtong-jireugi (middle punch)

  • Details of posture and execution for basic techniques

  • Kicking: Knee folding, lower body strengthening, ap-chagi (front kick) using the knee

  • Taeguk 1 Jang Basic Form: Learn and repeat a basic form composed of fundamental techniques from Taeguk 1 Jang

  • Attitude Education: Attendance checks, organization and tidiness
