Kukkiwon Dispatch Master Activities

In October 2014, Master Kim was appointed as a government-dispatched master through an official agreement between the Korean government and Kukkiwon. After training, he was sent to Tajikistan in December.

He focused on training students at dojangs in major cities like Dushanbe, Khujand, Kurgan-Tube, Gulab, and Khorog, promoting Taekwondo and expanding its reach. He also visited local clubs to offer seminars and technical guidance, fostering regional cooperation and skill growth.

As the national coach of the TTF poomsae team, he led poomsae education, seminars, and competitions, while promoting Taekwondo’s cultural values through demonstrations.

Serving as a Kukkiwon-certified examiner, he supervised local promotion tests and helped train future instructors, strengthening the Taekwondo system.

Through Kukkiwon’s global ODA program, he supported education for local leaders, contributing to sustainable Taekwondo development in the region.
