A Life Led from Within — Speaking Through Poomsae
Taekwondo was not just a skill to me; it was a language for cultivating life.
At its core was always poomsae.
Through countless domestic competitions, I have valued attitude over victory, and process over results.
Each movement of poomsae was a trace of my life and an expression of my philosophy,
and the stage was a place to face myself and take on challenges.
This page gathers key activities from my Taekwondo journey, centered around poomsae competitions.
It aims to capture not only the awards but also the sweat of training, the humility of failure, and the courage to challenge.
Taekwondo built my body strong,
and poomsae set my heart straight.
And even today, I speak through poomsae and let poomsae guide me.

Grandmaster Kim’s Taekwondo Demonstrations — Building People, Upholding Taekwondo
In 1995, Grandmaster Kim’s demonstration journey began as a form of Taekwondo missionary outreach—and it continues to this day.
His demonstrations are not mere displays of skill, but a disciplined practice to share the spirit, elegance, and essence of Korean Taekwondo with the world.
Every moment spent preparing for a demonstration has been a path of self-discipline as a leader. That same spirit is passed down to his students, turning each stage into a platform for building people through Taekwondo.
Even today, Grandmaster Kim’s demonstrations teach attitude before technique, and inner balance before movement—serving as a living form of education that conveys the true essence of Taekwondo.
