A Life of Pioneering Global Taekwondo
Beginning with his first dispatch to Khujand, Tajikistan in 1995, he laid the foundation for Taekwondo in Central Asia for over 23 years. Even amid the threat of civil war, he established the Philadelphia Taekwondo Federation, founding the first legally recognized organization in the region. Since 2014, as a Kukkiwon government-dispatched Master, he has continued his journey through Tajikistan and Russia, and now carries it forward in Uganda, East Africa.

Practical Leadership as an Active Athlete
Rather than settling for teaching alone, he continuously trains himself and proves his skill on stage as an active athlete.
